Cancellation & No-Show Policy At Perfectly Pampered Day Spa

Every appointment is reserved especially for you.

We value your time and appreciate your understanding that our team sets aside dedicated time for each guest.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

Our Policy

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

Clients who do not attend their scheduled appointment without notice (no-shows) may be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

Clients with repeated late cancellations or no-shows may be required to prepay future appointments before booking.

We understand that unexpected emergencies and illnesses can happen.

In these situations, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may be waived at management’s discretion.

Our cancellation policy allows us to respect the time of our therapists and estheticians while providing appointment opportunities to other clients waiting to book.
